You may place your order either direct with us via our website, or through our Etsy store.
Once you have placed your order, I will need to know all the important (exciting!) details, (such as names, dates, colour schemes, etc), so that I can put together your design proof. You can enter this information in the "comments" box, when you check out, or you can email it to us after placing your order.
Your design proof will be sent to you via email, within 48 hours of placing your order. If you haven't received it within this time, please check your junk/ spam folders, in case it has found its way in there instead of your inbox!
Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design proof, no further changes will be accepted, as I will begin the printing process straight away. So please make sure you double check the proof thoroughly before confirming you wish to proceed. (Maybe ask a trusted chum to take a peek too, just to be sure!)
Please also bear in mind that the colours you see on your screen (on both the design proof you will be sent, and in the photos on this website) may vary slightly on your finished stationery as colours vary from monitor to monitor. If you view your design proof on a mobile device, this can sometimes make the colours look a little crazy, so always take another look on a home computer or laptop to get a better idea of how your stationery will actually look.

Please Note: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our stationery is non returnable, and therefore non refundable. Once payment has been received, and you have confirmed your design proof, you have committed to buy.
CANCELLATIONS (COVID-19 or any other reason)
In the unfortunate event that you need to postpone or cancel your wedding after placing an order with us, the following applies regarding refunds:
• Order placed but design proof not yet received/completed - full refund.
• Order placed & design proof received (but not yet confirmed for printing) 25% to 50% refund depending on the stationery item(s) ordered & the amount of work involved (for example colour changes/ layout changes of standard designs, custom designs, number of proof amendments, etc). **Please note, If a large number of proof amendments have been made, or if the item you have ordered is a completely customised design (that you have not been charged an additional fee to create) then the refund you receive may be less than 25% due to the amount of work involved**
• Order placed, design proof(s) confirmed for printing - No refund (as printing will have commenced upon approval of your design proof(s).)
If you are unsure about what refund you may be entitled to in the event of a cancellation, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you based on the items you are looking to order, or have already ordered.
We are always happy to pause an order in the event of your wedding being postponed, & will hold on to all your design work for 365 days from your original wedding date, or until a new date has been confirmed. All we ask is that you advise us of your new date as soon as possible, so that we can plan our diary accordingly! We are particularly busy between May to September, and December to March, so in order for us to accommodate your new date it is important to contact us as soon as possible, if your new date falls in either of those periods.
If your new date is more than 365 days from your original date, please just send us an email to let us know, within 6 months of pausing your order, & we will extend the hold to accommodate this.) If we do not hear from you with a new date within 6 months of your original date, unfortunately no refunds will be provided in the event of a cancellation.
